  • Project, Activity, Task

    Create any number of clients, projects and activities. All will appear in the autofill search dropdown for an easy access and recording of working hours. Use this module for timely and accurate billing, or for tracking employee productivity and project management. You can set your billable and non-billable hours and project budgets as well.

  • Monthly Weekly Daily Timesheets

    It is your choice if you want to use monthly, weekly or daily timesheets fo accurate and consistent timekeeping. Depending on the nature of your business and the work culture, you may set up the timesheets freqeuency for each department.

  • Employee Groups & Project Rates

    Experience the benefits of the employee groups. You can categorize employees based on common characteristics such as job type, department, or location. Set project rates by assigning a specific hourly rate or a monthly billing rate to a project or client. For each team member working on the project you can apply a specific internal cost rate and a different billing rate.

  • Billable/Non-billable

    Decide which hours are billable and which remain non-billable. Setting the rules for the hours worked on each project increases the accuracy of project hours analytics. XperienceHR allows you to create a detailed report of the billed hours by activity and client, which can be attached to the invoice.

  • Expense Tracking

    The expense tracking feature allows you to track expenses related to the specific project. You can ascribe status to each expense and filter the project expenses accordingly (Open, Approved, Declined, Closed). The expenses are also categorized by Date and Amount. You can turn on or off this budgeting option in your settings.

  • Invoicing

    The XperienceHR time and attendance system provides you with an option to issue invoice for project hours and expenses. The invoices can be saved as Draft or Final and can be filtered by projects and clients. Of course, you can opt for using our invoicing module or you can continue with your comprehensive invoicing software.

  • Time Tracking on Mobile App

    With just 3 clicks, you can easily record your work Activity as you go through your workday. In the XperienceHR mobile app you can assign the activity to a specific Project or Client, for example clients’ visit, marketing email, sales campaign or follow up call.

  • Global Public Holidays

    The XperienceHR software covers global public holidays. It holds public holidays of the countries which are used by our clients most for the period of upcoming five years. Any country that is missing and you would like to have covered will be added during the implementation phase. You can even ask for country-specific holidays down to the region or municipality.

  • Absence Entitlements and Rules

    The XperienceHR system adjusts to your processes, rules and culture. Not the other way round. You can create any number of absences with codes, description, entitlements and carry over rules.

  • Team Calendar and Availability

    Team Absence Calendar simplifies the process of coordinating absence planning and helps teams work together effectively by reducing scheduling conflicts and improving communication. With XperienceHR, you can choose a team view to avoid approving an excessive number of vacations when you need a certain number of team members to work.

  • Notifications

    Our HR software offers a wide list of notifications, e.g. Approve Timesheets, Late and Missing, Skill Expirations... These notifications are sent out based on the frequency and date which you define in the Configuration. You can define an option “Except if already done” and the notification will not be sent out.

  • Approval Process on Web & Mobile

    Approving absences and timesheets have never been easier. With all data in electronic format, as Project Manager or HR Team Leader, you can approve specific requests on the go via the XperienceHR mobile application. We would show you the options during the HR software implementation phase.

  • Payroll Exports

    Payroll exports are one of the crucial functionalities of the XperienceHR software since these allow you to use the time and attendance data for payroll processing and calculations. Majority of the exports are in the csv or pdf formats. Check our pricing for APIs if you prefer more sophisticated integration with your payroll system. In addition, you can ask for a customized payroll report to align with the report you have already been using (customization rates apply).

  • API Integrations

    Our software integrates with other HCM or payroll systems. Our general APIs are freely available upon request for your evaluation and analysis. We work with our clients on customized APIs as well, thus creating an enhanced network of HR data flow for faster processing of large data volumes.

Do we have to sign a long-term contract?

XperienceHR is SaaS, Software As A Service. Licenses are not paid, and there is no time limit or no intervention in your server. Implementation of the system is possible within 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and the size of the company. All prices are excluding VAT.

How the free trial works?

You simply fill out your credentials, no credit card is required. Log in details come directly to your mail (please check your spam folder as well). The free trial is available for 14 days from the signup. Our support team is available throughout the testing and can help with navigating through the functionalities.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for 500 users and more. For specific discounts bracket by bracket, please ask for an individual quote. We also offer Annual Plan Discount and Testimonial and Logo on Web Discount.
